• For orders purchased directly from us, the 30‑day period begins on the Canada Post Delivery Notification date.
• For products purchased through a retail store, the 30‑day period begins on the date shown on the store receipt.

Refunds for Retail Store Purchases

Products purchased through a retail partner must be returned to the original store within 30 days and must include the original receipt. Retailers follow their own return procedures, and returns must be processed through them.

Refunds for Direct Arraby’s Purchases

If you purchased directly from Arraby’s and are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide the return shipping address once your return request is initiated.
